Fair enough. I would have used 「私が」 instead of 「私は」、and probably made comments in complete sentences. Still, that's heaps, heaps, heaps more than my German.

なんとなくさえない経糸にちょっと色を加えたら、紫とオレンジを緑に加えた部分が平安朝というか、お雛様の硬いお座布団のような部分の前面に使われている縞柄に見えて仕方がありません。そういえば今年は源氏物語千年紀だそうですね。ところが織った後に経糸が一部攣れてしまって展覧会用には使えなくなってしまいました。自分用かな。
